Really nice appartments with a super nice view, nature all over. Friendly employees over the whole hotel and ressort! Breakfast was good, dinner we did elsewhere because that wasn't super at Papagayo and better at Zest. Don't hesitate and go to Papagayo!

Amazing island life experience. Clean. Friendly. Scenic. Everything you need on vacation! Walkable and easy to navigate. Great food and many restaurants nearby. Clear crystal water. Easy bus system. We stayed at the resort not in the hotel.

Celebrated my birthday with my sisters, we had a fantastic time. The final grade should be 4.5 but wasn’t given that option. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool towels. Stayed in a 4 bedroom villa stocked with champagne and fruit basket, overall the stay was great with a few cons, problems with master bedroom tv and lukewarm water in the master shower. Hector was very attentive to all the concerns raised. Would recommend having the washer and dryer dials labeled in English and instructions on how to use them in English; also our villa was at the top of the hill the staff was very considerate in picking us up and taking us down to the security gate and! us to the villa when needed. Very attentive housekeeping staff. Would have been nice to know the onsite restaurant was being renovated but the restaurant at the beach club was very good. Overall we had an awesome time!

The trip started out as a challenge with check in for the resort being long and hot. Nella took us to our 2 bed villa and showed us around. The villa was lovely, but hot beyond are expectations. The bathrooms were literal saunas and I thought it was going to be a miserable week. My teenage daughters were looking at me like what has mom gotten us into. Nella literally saved the trip! We called her and asked if an upgrade to one of the all air conditioned suites was available and she came through. She had our stuff moved and made sure we were well taken care of it that suite. Nella was a pleasant smile and always solved any other small issue that came up. Her hospitality was amazing! Just be prepared...the living area with no air conditioning and open style living is not for everyone.

The cleaning of the houses is very good. Nice cleaning staff. And the crew at the reception are also the best. The restaurant and beaches are tidy and personel is doing a great job. Overal a good Family vacation at a Nice and friendly stay for kids and adults.

It was the second time i went to Curacao, and for the second time my choice was Papagayo facilities. First time, since it was my wife and my single daughter by that time, i stayed at the hotel (just fantastic). Now, since i have two more kids, the wise choice was the resort, with a villa to all of us, and the choice was wise again. the villas are very nice, spacious, comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens and all amenities. Only restraint is that it is across the street from the hotel, plaza and Jan Thiel beach, but rather than that, no complains at all. Thank you for the second time Papagayo team, fantastic stay.

First time in Curacao. Selected this resort for the two bedroom villa for space reasons for kids while still having resort amenities. Checkin process was hot and facility had too many paper vouchers...from towels, to gym use to beach access. You get an old fashion key for your villa. Beware this is European lifestyle where only your bedroom has AC. Mosquitoes and bugs were a problem. Killed multiple cockroaches during stay...and that is with us cleaning the kitchen all week. Bathrooms were like a sauna. Open air concept is great but you have to be careful of your belongings. Pool was underwhelming with algae. Resort itself needs overall updates...beds were hard. Ask for the topper. No conditioner!! Would definitely try another resort next time. It's a beautiful island. Wished we would have a nicer facility to stay each night.

My stay was very good, the kids had a wonderful time... the staff is very nice and give a exceptional service.. everything (shops) is very close by... Ms. Nella & De Lima are very kind and give a very good service and make our experience at papagayo resort really good.

Service was very friendly. They offered suggestions on where to eat and what to do. They were prompt with clean towels daily. The resort is clean, trendy with an infinity salt water pool! Jan Thiel beach was bumping with happy hour! Supermarket and gym was just steps away! We are definitely coming back! One suggestion: clean the private pool, add hair conditioner and maybe provide your customers with a cold beverage upon arrival.
